The J\u00e4ms\u00e4sen couple experienced their easiest construction project last spring. A lakeside sauna without a building permit is naturally a pleasant thing to implement when bureaucracy is omitted. From dreams to reality. But what does a ready-to-use beach sauna without a building permit mean?<\/p>

For Carita and Heikki it was 30-square-metre sauna cabin<\/strong>, that was brought to the site fully complete from the factory<\/span>. <\/strong>Under the regulations that came into force at the beginning of 2025, the commencement of any building measuring up to 30 square metres no longer requires a building permit \u2013 as long as it is not a building intended for permanent residential use.<\/p>

In the design of the sauna cabin, everything was considered, right down to the storage of firewood.<\/h3>
