This is Ehta Group Oy's register and privacy notice in accordance with the Personal Data Act (sections 10 and 24) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Drawn up on 13.3.2021. Last amended on 13.3.2021<\/p>

4. Purpose of processing personal data
<\/strong>Personal data is processed in order to provide services and develop them to better meet customer needs, to fulfil contractual obligations and customer promises, to manage customer relationships and for electronic marketing.<\/p>

5. Data content of the register
<\/strong>The data stored in the register includes: the person's name, contact details (telephone number, email address, postal address), information on ordered services and changes to them, billing information, and other information relating to the customer relationship and the ordered services.<\/p>

Data is retained for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it is used. Personal data in the customer and marketing register is deleted once the data has been identified as outdated or the person can no longer be reached.<\/p>

6. Regular sources of data
<\/strong>The data stored in the register is obtained from the customer through, for example, messages sent via web forms, by email, by telephone, via social media services, from contracts, customer meetings and other situations in which the customer provides their information.<\/p>

7. Regular disclosures of data and transfers of data outside the EU or EEA
<\/strong>Data is not regularly disclosed to other parties. Data may be published to the extent agreed with the customer. Data may be transferred or disclosed to third parties for marketing or opinion research purposes concerning Ehta Group Oy.<\/p>

Data is not transferred outside the EU or EEA.<\/p>

8. Principles of register security
<\/strong>The register is processed with due care, and data processed by means of information systems is appropriately protected. When register data is stored on internet servers, the physical and digital security of the hardware is duly ensured. The controller ensures that the stored data, server access rights and other information critical to the security of personal data are handled confidentially and only by those employees whose job description includes it.<\/p>

9. Right of access and right to request rectification of data
<\/strong>Every person in the register has the right to check the data stored about them in the register and to request that any inaccurate data be rectified or incomplete data be completed. If a person wishes to check the data stored about them or request its rectification, the request must be sent in writing to the controller. The controller may, if necessary, ask the person making the request to prove their identity. The controller will respond to the customer within the time limit laid down in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (as a rule, within one month).<\/p>

10. Other rights relating to the processing of personal data
<\/strong>A person in the register has the right to request the erasure of their personal data from the register (\u201cright to be forgotten\u201d). Data subjects also have the other rights laid down in the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as restriction of the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing to the controller. The controller may, if necessary, ask the person making the request to prove their identity.
