Men \u00e4r det verkligen s\u00e5? Det \u00e4r gl\u00e4djande att f\u00e5 bekr\u00e4ftelse f\u00f6r erfarenheter genom vetenskapliga studier. Nedan f\u00f6ljer de viktigaste observationerna om bastubadets h\u00e4lsoeffekter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Hj\u00e4rttr\u00e4ning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Regelbunden bastubadande f\u00f6rebygger hj\u00e4rt- och k\u00e4rlsjukdomar. I den omfattande studien som genomf\u00f6rdes vid \u00d6stra Finlands universitet och som fokuserade p\u00e5 bastuns h\u00e4lsoeffekter <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41371-017-0008-z\">i forskningen<\/a> Det har visat sig att bastubad \u00e4r ett mycket effektivt s\u00e4tt att undvika dessa sjukdomar. F\u00f6r dem som bastar 4\u20137 g\u00e5nger i veckan minskar riskerna med upp till 65% och f\u00f6r dem som bastar 2\u20133 g\u00e5nger minskar riskerna med 20%. Enligt professor Jari Laukkanen, som ledde studien, beror detta bland annat p\u00e5 att bastandet s\u00e4nker blodtrycket och h\u00f6jer hj\u00e4rtfrekvensen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>B\u00e4ttre minne<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">i den finska \u00e5lders- och \u00e5ldringsunders\u00f6kningen <a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/ageing\/article\/46\/2\/245\/2654230\">i forskningen<\/a> Man har uppt\u00e4ckt att bastubad kan ha en f\u00f6rebyggande effekt mot demens och Alzheimers sjukdom. Enligt studien kan risken att drabbas av demens och Alzheimers sjukdom minska med upp till 60% om man bastar 4\u20137 g\u00e5nger i veckan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/newsauna.fi.upcloud.diginatiivi.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/DSC00122-2-1024x819.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3400\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B\u00e4ttre natts\u00f6mn<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><br>Ofta efter bastun fylls kroppen av en lugnande k\u00e4nsla av tr\u00f6tthet. <a href=\"http:\/\/epub.lib.aalto.fi\/en\/ethesis\/pdf\/12916\/hse_ethesis_12916.pdf\">Forskningarnas<\/a> inklusive f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttras s\u00f6mnkvaliteten och varaktigheten. Under bastubadandet p\u00e5verkar kroppstemperaturf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar hormonfunktionen. Endorfiner fris\u00e4tts och detta skapar en lugnande k\u00e4nsla av tr\u00f6tthet och ger b\u00e4ttre natts\u00f6mn n\u00e4r man somnar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/newsauna.fi.upcloud.diginatiivi.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/DSC00252-5-1024x819.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3401\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Tr\u00e4ning utan r\u00f6relse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Bastuns effekter p\u00e5 kroppen \u00e4r mycket lika dem av tr\u00e4ning. Pulsen \u00f6kar, lungkapaciteten v\u00e4xer, blodcirkulationen snabbas upp och kroppen b\u00f6rjar svettas. Bastubad kan j\u00e4mf\u00f6ras med l\u00e4tt tr\u00e4ning, men det ers\u00e4tter det inte helt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/newsauna.fi.upcloud.diginatiivi.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/DSC00099-3-1024x819.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3416\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Och vad s\u00e4gs om v\u00e4rmechocks-proteinernas effekter?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Forskare har visat att \u00e5ldersrelaterade sjukdomar \u00f6kar beroende p\u00e5 hur m\u00e4nniskans celler svarar p\u00e5 v\u00e4rme och andra stressfaktorer. Det har ocks\u00e5 observerats att v\u00e4rmechockproteiner st\u00f6der funktionen hos andra proteiner i cellen. Detta tros minska \u00e5ldersrelaterade sjukdomar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><br>V\u00e4rmechockproteiner bildas n\u00e4r kroppen befinner sig i ett stresstillst\u00e5nd, som till exempel v\u00e4rmen i en bastu. Den amerikanska forskaren Dr. Rhonda Patrick, som blivit k\u00e4nd, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rejuvcryo.com\/the-science\/health-benefits-of-sauna-cold-exposure\">unders\u00f6kt<\/a> v\u00e4rmechockproteiner samt bastuns inverkan p\u00e5 livsl\u00e4ngd.
