The sauna was exactly as ordered, the delivery address was incorrectly provided for transport but it was found with a phone call. The driver was a competent chap. The log height could be a little higher, though it's fine for us, but a bit low for tall men. Feedback could be given to the heater supplier regarding the water tank, as you can't see how much water is in it, and the filling port is so high up. Otherwise, we are very satisfied. It would, of course, be good if instructions were included on how to treat the interior surfaces before use. You have received photos and are using them on your website.
