Everything with Ehta went as planned from start to finish. Dealing with them was easy, and all our wishes and desired changes were implemented really quickly as the design project progressed. We worried needlessly when suggesting changes to the pre-built cabin to the designer, wondering if things like the size and position of doors and windows could be altered. The delivery arrived in our yard ready to move into at the agreed time of 10:00 and was installed on pillars in under two hours. By the evening of the same day, the furniture was already inside and the cabin was ready for overnight stay. Overall, the cabin turned out to be exactly what we wanted, with the windows, doors and lights in the right places for our needs, and the cabin delivered pre-finished and wired. We were left with a very good experience of Ehta's service. A big thank you to the whole Ehta team!

The sales and ordering side was handled flexibly. The delivery arrived on time and the installation went quickly. However, there was a dent in the roof edge flashing. It doesn't affect use, but you can certainly notice it. The biggest surprise: the changing room door has properly adjustable exterior door hinges, but the sauna door was fitted with an interior door hinge that cannot be adjusted. After three months of summer use, the door now rattles unpleasantly. But overall no complaints, quite the contrary. The sauna steam is excellent, meaning the heater is the right size. The benches are solidly built. The workmanship is neat. There have been plenty of admirers and praisers. Oh, and one more thing: a bit of carelessness; the lower end of one of the threaded rods coming through the logs was missing a washer and nut. A professional carpenter checked the tightness right when it was new and noticed this omission.

The service was extremely flexible and good. All our wishes were taken into account, and improvements to our own plans were suggested on Ehta's part. There were a few minor issues, but they were resolved quickly and smoothly.

Since 1 March 2021, 190 customers have taken part in the survey.
Ehtan's NPS score is high 90.
NPS, or Net Promoter Score, refers to the recommendation index, meaning how likely it is that customers would recommend a company, product, or service to their friends or colleagues. NPS is considered an effective and, to date, the simplest customer satisfaction metric.
The recommendation index can range from -100 to 100. Generally, the number can be assessed as follows:
