I've never really been a sauna-goer, and perhaps in that respect, I'm a bit of an untypical Finn. Now that the sauna cabin is in place, I too have blossomed into someone who enjoys a good sauna.
The original idea for a sauna cabin arose when we wanted to extend the main building and add another bedroom. So, the sauna had to be moved, and it was decided to get a separate sauna cabin!
We finally found a suitable sauna cabin quite spontaneously at a trade fair. We compared options and physically went inside different ones, considering how they looked and felt. The choice was ultimately easy.
The sauna is now separate, which has brought a whole new cottage feel. The main building has gained more space. The sauna cottage's living area allows for guest accommodation and extra space for oneself too. It's nice that one can now really hang out here and accommodate guests.
I had never owned a cabin before, so I wasn't even sure what all needed to be considered. How can a sauna cabin be delivered ready-made to the yard? What kind of cabin foundations are needed? Fortunately, I received very concrete tips and advice on practical matters, such as the width of the benches and the size of the windows. Even the small details were gone through carefully. We even got recommendations for colours and interior design ideas.
The whole experience was crowned by the moment the cottage was delivered to the yard. The delivery was in the morning, and we were able to have a sauna in the evening. It was unbelievable that everything went so smoothly.
I like customer service where various options are offered without any hard selling. We were informed about what things cost, what are good places to save, and where it’s worth investing. It felt like there was a clear overall picture the whole time. I knew exactly where my money was going.
The sauna cabin is not just a sauna, but a place where the best cabin moments are created. It has been wonderful spending time here both as a couple and with friends.
