Ready-made Sauna Cabin 25

The cabin itself turned out well, but things related to the delivery (ensuring access to the plot, a more precise delivery schedule, etc.) had to be pushed for by oneself, as the person handling things wasn't terribly proactive.

My rating of 7 is based on the entire process from ordering to delivery. 1) Ordering and design: this went very well; based on two floor plans, a design was created that suited my garden, which wasn’t available among the so-called ‘standard models’. The design process was quick. Thank you, Jonna Humalajoki 2) Delivery and positioning of the cabin: It would be good to have precise specifications/dimensions ready regarding the width of the access route required to get the cabin into position. I had to seek help from a local haulage company because it was suspected that the haulage firm chosen by Ehta would not be able to deliver it. A professional on site confirmed that the transport company booked by Ehta should indeed be able to get the cottage through. In my opinion, this was handled incorrectly. In other words, just provide the measurements so we can work out which opening to use for delivery. There was too much fiddling about over the details, but in the end the cottage fitted perfectly into place. 3) Foundations: I had the foundation work carried out by a local contractor. The building plans were missing the drain pipe locations, which I then requested separately, and the drain pipe drawings I received were mirror images, but fortunately this was spotted. 4) Delivery: The foundation work was carried out according to the instructions; the only unclear point was whether a felt pad should be placed on top of the pillar or not, as this wasn’t mentioned anywhere, and I assumed that the transport company would probably put the felt sheets in place before the cabin was installed, as the competitor Salvos sauna does. Well, they didn’t, and now they haven’t been fitted. This still bothers me a bit, as there’s now no moisture barrier between the beam and the frame. Fitting the pieces would have taken two minutes, but doing it afterwards is a real faff. Not good. There really ought to be clear instructions for this, or else the factory could staple the strips into place at the base, or ensure that they have been fitted. I’d have had some felt myself, but I’d have to start cutting it out once the cabin was already up. 5) The cabin: the cabin is absolutely stunning; I have no complaints about the quality whatsoever. I stained the interior surfaces of the cabin myself, which also gave me the chance to inspect it up close. The diagrams for the window opening mechanism were missing, and I had to ring to ask how to open the windows fully – that is, to release the locking mechanism – so perhaps this could be included in the delivery. The sauna’s outer door has been a bit of a problem; it won’t quite close properly. I’ve already sanded the edges a few times so that the door would close smoothly, but it feels as though it just keeps swelling more and more. I’ll have to sand it down a third time. In other words, the clearance has been made too tight, and no allowance was made for possible The sauna has been in constant use since the summer; otherwise, it has worked well. One final point: when you advertise the trade fairs you’re attending, it would, of course, have been nice to receive free tickets for sauna customers, for example for the Habitare fair

High-quality materials, delivery as agreed, missing delivery items were sorted out quickly, communication worked well, and you could get more information by phone when needed

The delivery took place very well as agreed and the quality of the building work is good. The design of the building also went well and complaints were finally rectified well. Factory visits also helped in making the decision.

Everything happened as agreed The sauna arrived ahead of schedule. The transport was handled professionally and pleasantly. We had our first sauna the very same evening it was delivered. The only minus, a very small one: the sauna was missing one hole for the electrics.

The sauna finish is good. The steam is wonderful, especially now that I've familiarised myself with the heater and how it works for a little while. The steam has two parts; the first part, a bit punchier, comes quickly after throwing water on the stones, and the second wave descends a moment later, softer.

Everything went brilliantly. The changes worked out well and we got quick answers to our questions.
We received the sauna as a kit, and the person who assembled it praised the quality of the timber.

Everything went very well from planning to the delivery of the sauna.
I've especially liked the big windows in the cabin's lounge, which give such wonderful views of the lake.
I got answers to my questions straight away. I can recommend New Sauna to everyone..

The salesperson (Hanna) was very professional, pleasant, and efficient.
The delivery went well even though we weren't there ourselves. The delivery time changed from what was agreed because of the transport. The sauna aitta was ready ahead of schedule.

We’ve been happily enjoying Ehta’s sauna facilities for several years now. The sauna fits into the landscape by the lake perfectly. In fact, it fits in much better than the old one from the 1960s that was demolished. We built a spacious terrace in front of the sauna, which can comfortably accommodate a larger group for cooling off.The sauna has greatly increased the comfort of our cabin stays, as the sauna room heats up very quickly, even in cold weather. Our holiday home only has solar electricity, and the sauna has its own small solar panel and battery for lighting.The entire sauna process went wonderfully, from ordering to delivery. The transport of the sauna building initially caused some concern, as our access road to the cabin is a very narrow and winding gravel track. However, the sauna was successfully delivered and lifted onto its foundations!Our sauna has withstood winds and blizzards well, requiring no major maintenance, of course apart from basic upkeep. It’s always lovely to come to the cabin for a sauna after the depths of winter!

At Ehta we found the garden sauna we had long dreamt of. Our own wishes could be realised and we are happy with the overall result. The fireplace delivered for the lounge side heats so strongly that it can't be used just for atmosphere, nor in summer. It certainly brings warmth quickly in winter.

Really friendly customer service. Everything went as it should right from the start; you can't be anything but satisfied with the whole process. The sauna met all our expectations. I recommend it.

Sauna excellent. Proportions right ( cubic metres/heater ). Excellent löyly. Sales and delivery process excellent. Many thanks. The only thing to fix is the lock manufacturer. Switch to high-quality Abloy locks, they work better.
