The sauna was exactly as ordered. The delivery address had been given wrongly to the haulier, but the driver found his way with a phone call. The driver was a capable chap. The log walls could be a little higher – it's fine for us, but a bit low for tall men. Someone could give the sauna heater manufacturer feedback about the water tank: you can't see at all how much water is in it, and the filler is so high up. Otherwise we're really happy. Of course, it would be good if instructions were included on how the interior surfaces should be treated before use. You've received photos and are using them on your website.

A few small defects in the sauna – trims coming loose, nails too small – The sauna door had come open during transport, the hinges got bent – The sauna guard rail is fixed a bit flimsily – the mould protection hasn't been done properly Otherwise satisfied with the product, delivered and in the sauna by evening. Easy, fast delivery. Neat workmanship. Sturdy benches.

Customer service was fast, it was possible to have modifications made and their planning was smooth. We wanted larger windows for the garden sauna and we got them too. In addition, we chose a larger heater from the optional extras and the steam is absolutely excellent. It's a shame we chose the M-size sauna, which is a bit small. Next time we would buy the next size up.

We recommend the more powerful Harvia 20 Pro heater if the sauna is heated in hard frosts. The heater has a front water tank. The Pro model has a graphite-black casing, a stainless steel front and a sturdy glass door through which you can admire the flames. The large stone mass stores heat more effectively and gives especially soft, moist löyly.

The rustic look of traditional aspen benches delights sauna-goers time and again. The material is through-sawn, i.e. unedged, aspen plank, debarked and planed to a thickness of about 60 mm. Every set of benches is unique, shaped by the natural variation of the timber.
