Ehta Group Oy and NewSauna Oy combined into a single company on 30.11.2022, when NewSauna Oy merged into Ehta Group Oy.
After the merger, Ehta Group Oy is Finland's leading supplier of ready-to-use garden saunas. The merger is based on long-standing, close cooperation between the companies and a desire to serve Finnish sauna lovers even better. New Saunas have been made at Ehta Group's factory in Perho from the very beginning.

Ehta Group Oy makes high-quality log saunas, which are usually transported to the customer in one piece. The company owns the New Sauna, Ehtasauna and Tyyni Sauna garden sauna ranges, which include a number of sauna models for different customer needs.
