Ehta Group Oy and Newsauna Oy have merged to become Finland's most significant supplier of ready-to-use garden saunas.

Ehta Group Oy and NewSauna Oy have merged into a single company on 30 November 2022, when NewSauna Oy was merged into Ehta Group Oy.

Following the merger, Ehta Group Oy is the leading supplier of ready-to-use outdoor saunas in Finland. The merger is driven by long-standing and close co-operation between the companies and a desire to serve Finnish sauna enthusiasts even better. New Saunas have been manufactured from the outset at Ehta Group's factory in Perho.

”Together we are stronger, and the merger enables profitable growth. It is significant that we can continue to offer employment and livelihoods to more people in the future – especially in Perho and Central Ostrobothnia,” states CEO Henri Humalajoki.

Ehta Group Oy manufactures high-quality log saunas, which are usually delivered to the customer in their entirety. The company owns the New Sauna, Ehtasauna and Tyyni Sauna garden sauna ranges, which include several sauna models for various customer needs.
