The changes were taken into account flexibly and the order went smoothly overall, for example, an error in the permit drawings was corrected quickly.
Following the building's completion in mid-winter, we received photos before delivery upon request, which was awaiting the completion of its foundations. The delivery was fine, with a few dents being repaired relatively quickly.
The biggest problem was building the terrace ourselves, which hadn't been accounted for in the sauna construction, even though it was marked on the permit drawings.
The sauna has good heat, the replacement air coming from the floor gaps is sufficient, but perhaps an additional air inlet vent in the wall would help during the heating-up phase. It's easy to add a simple one, of course.
