The sauna building as a whole is truly wonderful, and the sauna has the gentlest and best steam in the world. The living area has a great atmosphere. All the materials are genuinely high-quality and carefully made.
Otherwise, I would give five stars, but the sauna window cracked during transit and it still hasn't been repaired. The sauna door has apparently warped somewhat due to temperature fluctuations, so it won't stay closed even after adjusting the lock and hinges. Likewise, the trim above the window has warped for the same reason.
