Valmisterassi tehdään tehtaalla ja toimitetaan rakennuksen mukana. Kuljettaja nostaa sen paikalleen samalla kertaa, joten terassi on käytössä heti ensimmäisenä iltana.
  • Vakiomallina 1,5 metriä syvä terassi rakennuksen eteen
  • Painekyllästetty runko ja ruskea, sileä painekyllästetty terassilauta
  • Nostetaan paikalleen rakennuksen toimituksen yhteydessä

Terassin päälle voi tehdä katoksen.
