Turnkey delivery

With a turnkey delivery, the building is completed at the factory and lifted onto your foundations. Installation typically takes less than two hours, and the building is ready to use the same evening.

How a turnkey delivery works

The building is made in dry factory premises in Perho, right down to the interior surfaces and fittings
The building is delivered on a lorry bed and lifted onto the foundations with a crane
The driver also lifts the decks into place and removes the protective plastic and transport supports
Installation is always included in the transport price

Your responsibility

Foundations according to the dimensioned drawing you receive
The electrical supply cable to the building's consumer unit
Fixing the building to the foundations
Access route: the delivery vehicle needs a load-bearing road about 4.5 metres wide
