Ehta is a Finnish family business that makes dreams come true – one garden sauna or cabin at a time. Through the quote requests they send us, our customers look for solutions for their own gardens and cabin settings, and our job is to help them find exactly the right option.

We are now looking for a new Enabler. Officially, the role could be sales representative, but for us this job is much more: helping, listening and making customers' dreams come true.

What does the Enabler's job involve?

• You reply to customers' quote requests and help them choose a suitable sauna cabin or outbuilding.
  
• The work is done fully remotely – communication takes place by phone, in online meetings and through our own customer channel.
  
• You don't need to find customers yourself, because 100% of our customers come to us through incoming quote requests and demand.
  
• You will have a range of modern toolsthat make customer work smooth and enjoyable.
  
• You will be supported by Ehta's top team, who are a pleasure to work with.
  

Who can apply to be an Enabler?

You don't need long experience in sales. What matters most to us is a desire to serve people and the ability to engage genuinely with customers. If you are keen to help, listen and offer solutions, you will do brilliantly in this role.
