Everyday life typically revolves around work, home and the shops. Days and weeks go by without any relaxing breaks from the daily routine. Many people have found that a garden sauna at their own home offers an excellent chance to withdraw into peace and quiet for a while, or alternatively to enjoy memorable moments with friends, say after a workout.
The world's best löyly
There are saunas, and then there are saunas. The sauna room of New Sauna's garden sauna has been designed for bathing. The heat source is a Finnish wood-burning sauna heater from Harvia. Special attention has been paid to sufficient ventilation by leaving an air gap between the floor and the wall and adding the necessary ventilation vents. The wood-burning heater, ventilation and ample space ensure the best possible löyly.
Making full use of indoor space
The current trend is to make full use of all indoor space. This may lead to the idea of giving up the indoor sauna and building a garden sauna instead. Although Finns know how to build indoor saunas, moving such a source of heat and moisture to a separate outbuilding will certainly not shorten the life of the house.
How easy it is to get a garden sauna
