The changes were accommodated flexibly and the order went smoothly overall, for example, an error in the permit drawings was quickly rectified.
After the building was completed in mid-winter, we received photos before delivery upon request, which was awaiting the completion of the foundations. The delivery was okay, a few dents were also repaired relatively quickly.
The biggest problem was the construction of the terrace itself, which had not been taken into account during the sauna manufacturing even though it was marked in the permit drawings.
The sauna has good heat, the replacement air coming through the gaps in the floor is sufficient, but perhaps an additional supply air vent in the wall would help during the ignition phase. It is of course easy to add such a thing.

Everything went great! One window and its flashing were missing from the delivery, but they were delivered quickly and well-packaged once the issue was raised.
We built the sauna cabin ourselves, and the job was enjoyable and easy. The instructions were good, and there was plenty of material.

The terrace was too small, so I extended the terrace eaves by 60 cm and removed the front railing and extended the terrace by 129 cm. A very high-quality product. Thank you.
